I Bought a Bag

I bought a bag today. I didn’t go to the store with an intention of buying a bag, all I needed was a trash can. But there I was standing in the middle of the bag aisle in Marshall’s deciding between which unique Betsey Johnson bag I just absolutely had to have. The black one with “Luv Betsey“ written all over it in pink, purple, green, blue, and orange pastel like colors, or the white one with little sketches all over it such as hearts, stars, roses, and lips. The latter one had a detachable pocket that turned into a cross body purse! The decision was a hard one. Unlike normal people, I was pulled to the bag aisle by none other than Betsey Johnson of course! This gravitational pull led me right to two magnificent bags that I fell absolutely head over heels in love with. I could not leave the store without at least one of them. These bags are backpacks I told myself. Trying to justify why I had to have one. “I’m just beginning my back to school shopping a little early this year,“ I told myself. The truth was I was willing and able to think of a multitude of good reasons why I should buy the bag. However, I could not think of a good reason to not buy it. (Is there ever a good reason

to not buy a bag?)

I am very happy I bought this bag. It is bigger, and WAY cuter, than the other school bag I had. It’s fun and unique. My laptop fits in it and there is a water bottle pocket on either side! I can’t wait to use this bag. I am going to take very good care of it.

I think I like Betsey Johnson bags so much because of there uniqueness. Not many people have telephone, or toaster purses! Betsey’s products are creative and fun. She has sofa purses and oven purses with matching wallets of cookie sheets with cookies on it! Not your average bag, but I guess that‘s why I like them so much.
