Invincible Yet Human

Recently, I have been listening to a playlist on repeat which I have created with my favorite Lizzo songs. (Playlist listed at the end.) I have become a huge Lizzo fan because she is simply iconic. Her songs, preach about how she is invincible, yet at the same time, human. I love her confidence and how much self-love she has. I have always said that I am unapologetically myself, but listening to Lizzo has been such a confidence booster because of how unapologetic she is!

In Lizzo's song "Soulmate" she talks about self love. This is a short excerpt from the song. Lizzo sings about how she is her own Soulmate. A multitude of her songs speak about her self love, independence, and empowerment. However, she also has a few ballads that remind us that she is still human and that she still has feelings.

This is an excerpt from her song titled "Cuz I Love You". This song is very touching, especially after listening to how strong Lizzo has been. It is nice to know that she is relatable. If you haven't listened to songs by Lizzo, her latest album is by far the best in my opinion.
