Pendulum: The beginning

I went over to my friend Brycen’s apartment the other day. He had just borrowed my amazon prime to get a pendulum and some crystals and he was so excited about it. I asked what the big deal was and he explained they can be used to talk to your subconscious and learn about your past lives. I do not really know what I was thinking when Brycen first told me this. I believe in spirituality and witches etc. But talking to one’s own self conscious seemed a little unbelievable. Then, they showed me. Beck, Bry’s roommate has been doing divination work for three years and has had her pendulum for about a year. She was so confident when using it. Her pendulum was not shy and she received very strong answers. She held it up over her palm and started with ‘show me a yes’ and her pendulum swayed towards and away from her in line with her middle finger of her hand below. When she asked for it to show her a no, it slowed down and then began swinging horizontally. Becca continued asking it yes or no questions to test it out and then she started asking about her past lives. It was so interesting because she was able to find if she knew the current people around her from a past life. She found out that Ryan, their other roommate, was her mother in one of her past lives.

Recently, before all of this pendulum stuff, I became interested in the idea that in my most recent past life I chose my current life because there was a lesson I needed to learn from this life. I do not yet know what that lesson is, but I am excited to find out. I recently went to a gem shop and got my own pendulum. She's rose quarts and the beads on the chain represent the seven chakras. After cleansing it and meditating with it, I went over to Brycen's apartment and prepared to ask her some questions. (Yes I decided my pendulum is a her.) Brycen and his other roommate Ariela, both got their pendulums out and helped me start the process. They fixed my hand placement, helped me concentrate and focus on the energy flowing from me to the pendulum. I was able to find out that I have five past lives, I am currently on my sixth life. In my fourth past life, I knew Brycen. There are still more questions I have to ask her about Brycen. But I also asked her about my mom. I found out that in my most recent past life, my mom, Rachel, was my older sister. I asked a lot of yes or no questions to find out my relationship with my mom in my past life. I tried to ask ‘Did I choose this life because there was something I needed to learn from Rachel?’ This question stopped my pendulum in her tracks. She refused to answer this question. Now, this was the first time I had ever used her. She was still new, young, and shy. She answered all of my other yes or no questions but clearly this question was a big one. Brycen, Ariela, and I left our pendulums to charge together for a bit. In the picture, Brycen's is on the left, then mine, and then Ariela's.
